If you ever need to cancel one of your scheduled nutrition sessions, please email us as soon as possible so that we can update the schedule. We don't credit $ for cancelled sessions but if another client cancels their session the same week and their day and time work,  we can move you into their spot or Tessa can email you your menu, if you request, for that week. You will remain on Tessa’s schedule until we receive a service cancellation email to fitlifemail@gmail.com. Please notify us of your cancellation 30 days prior to the first of the following month to avoid a cancellation fee. If cancellation notification is received less than 30 days before the following month you will be charged a fee of $22.50. If you notify us of your cancellation the first of the month or beyond your entire month’s dues will be due.
